Main Ridge Dairy is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s pioneering artisan producers, crafting award-winning goat’s cheese from milk produced by their own herd. Everything is made on the farm using traditional methods, from delicate fresh chèvre and their beautifully tangy Cashmere curd to white-mould, washed and semi-hard cheeses including Capriole, Cilia, Capony and Caprinella. They’re known for genuine paddock-to-plate cheesemaking, exceptional milk and cheeses that show just how diverse, refined and seriously good Australian goat’s cheese can be.
