We are Sebastien and Simon.
Friends, bound by a shared quest for the perfect glass.
Together, we’ve wandered through vineyards, lingered at bars,
and sipped at cellars across the world.
Sebastien brings three decades of expertise in luxury retail and design.
Simon, 26 years in hospitality, from dining rooms to grand multi-level venues.
And now — we’ve distilled all that knowledge and passion into your ‘local’—Murrumbeena Wine Bar.
A bar where a glass of wine is never just a drink,
but an invitation to savour, linger, and celebrate.
A bar where we mix a little French charm with a dash of Aussie mischief, vigorously shake with 22 years of friendship, and cheerfully pour into your glass.
