Murrumbeena Wine Bar is wine bar located in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne VIC, offering a selection of beers, wine and spirits and a grazing menu. Murrumbeena Wine Bar also offers an online ordering function for take-away and delivery.

Liquor Licence

WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700).

All staff at Murrumbeena Wine Bar are trained in the Liquor Licensing accredited ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ and by law may refuse alcohol to any person that is deemed intoxicated.

Conditions of Sale
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any products from this website.
Murrumbeena Wine Bar reserves the right to refuse supply to any consumer.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We sell liquor, food & merch, everything we love! Make sure you do as well before purchasing.
Refunds
In accordance with consumer law, we will only refund if the product sold to you 'is not fit for purpose'. Please ensure you have a valid reason for wishing to gain a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) working days.
For Merch, well, that's a little different. We're all different shapes and sizes so we will happily exchange for a different size, etc.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@murrumbeenawinebar.com.au and we will give you an exchange reference number. Please send your item to: 77-79 Murrumbeena Rd, Murrumbeena VIC 3163 and include the reference number. We will then charge you a fair shipping rate to send out the exchange item.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to you receiving them. If you feel this is the case please contact us via hello@murrumbeenawinebar.com.au, including a relevant explanation and photos (where applicable).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned / exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned / exchanged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via hello@murrumbeenawinebar.com.au.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Delivery Policy
FREE delivery available for purchases to these local suburbs: Murrumbeena, Carnegie, Hughesdale, Malvern East, Bentleigh East, Ormond.
If you are outside of these delivery zones, please email us and a delivery cost will be calculated based on delivery location.
Delivery of your awesome MWB products is important to us. We will make every endeavour to get you them as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note we are sometimes at the mercy of third parties and errors do occur. If there are any delivery instructions that can help us get you your order as quickly and easily as possible please include them.
