With the exception of juniper, their botanicals are sourced from across Australia, giving each expression a distinctly local voice. Native ingredients such as lemon myrtle, mountain pepperberry, wattle seed and saltbush are layered with precision, resulting in gins that feel expressive yet composed. Their commitment to quality has been recognised on both local and international stages. Gindu has claimed major honours at the Australian Gin Awards, including Best Dry Gin, and earned Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, one of the most respected judging platforms in the world.
